Quick & EZ Tax Solutions offers a complimentary consultation to discuss your tax situation and our services. This consultation is designed to help you understand what we can do for you and answer any questions you may have before you commit to anything.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of submitting tax returns to the IRS, once a return is filed, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because the IRS considers the return filed as soon as we submit it electronically. However, we will work meticulously to ensure your return is accurate and complete before submitting it.

Cancellation Policy:

You are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy to allow us to reschedule other clients. However, cancellation with less notice is perfectly acceptable.
